Training

Schedule

All classes run from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Last day of class may conclude earlier.

Classroom

Our classrooms include laptops with high speed internet connections to allow students access to the latest service manuals, technician’s guides and diagnostic manuals for the product they are training on. The computers are also loaded with the latest diagnostic software for all Detroit Diesel On-Hwy engines. Students will become familiar with DDDL 6 for MBE and DDEC II-V as well as DDDL 8 for the current DD Heavy and Medium Duty Engines. Students will get a mix of in-class lecture training as well as hands-on training in our state-of-the are training lab. The lab includes all of the essential tools to completely overhaul and repair all of our engine and transmission product lines. Students will also have the opportunity to run diagnostic tests and learn the operating characteristics on one of several fully operational training engines.

• Interstate reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any classes. Class prices are subject to change.

Cancellations

$150.00 charge if cancellations are not made five working days before the start of the class.

Attire

Students should wear suitable clothing and shoes to work on engines and transmissions. Safety Glasses are required in shop areas. Absolutely no shorts or open-toed shoes.
