Emergency Service Providers Have Their Own Emergency

The City of Tumwater, WA was in need of additional equipment for emergency services, and was taking delivery of their new fire truck from Appleton, WI. Unfortunately, they had a breakdown on the way home. The Interstate PowerSystems branch in Bismarck, ND was able to work them in quickly, accurately diagnose the problem, correct the issue, and get them back on the road.

Keeping Your Show on the Road

Tim Leppard of Team Ghost Riders came to Interstate’s facility in Minneapolis, MN late in July with low oil pressure. His extended sleeper truck was his home on the road, and his trailer was filled with the animals that were the stars of his show. He had a gig over the weekend, and needed to get his show on the road. Interstate PowerSystems was able to diagnose the issue and make temporary repairs to the vehicle so that they could make all of their scheduled shows. Once the shows were complete, Interstate got the needed parts and scheduled Tim’s truck for an overhaul at a time that worked best for him.

Corey from Svee Trucking was in desperate need of some injector tubes over the Christmas holiday.  Corey could not find anybody that was open, or that was willing to open up to get him his parts. Corey got in touch with Interstate PowerSystems Parts Department in Minneapolis, MN. We came in and got Corey his parts so he could continue with his repair and get his truck back on the road ASAP.

Expert Help in Parts and Service helps a Customer in Need

Lyman Richey’s repair facility was full and they needed 50 cement trucks inspected and repaired quickly. They turned to Interstate PowerSystems in Omaha, NE. Interstate’s Parts professionals were able to locate some hard to find trunnions, and hand them to the repair experts in our Service department. Interstate worked together with the customer, communicatingin person, on the phone, and via e-mail so that they were fully aware of the status of their equipment. Interstate personnel helped bring customer vehicles to our shop, pick up parts needed for the repairs, shuttle customer drivers, and deliver the repaired vehicles to the customer when complete. This put the trucks back into revenue service for the customer much faster than the customer could have done alone.
