Interstate PowerSystems was awarded Carrier Dealer of the Year at the Carrier Dealer Meeting for NAFTA held in San Diego, CA on March 1st, 2004. This award recognizes Interstate's dealerships in Blaine, Fargo, Grand Forks, and Minneapolis for outstanding achievements in Sales, Service, Parts, and Operations in 2003. These Branches were also awarded the "Most Improved Sales Volume" award. These efforts are recognized throughout NAFTA as the best example of all phases of a dealership in the market place. Interstate was chosen from more than 150 Carrier Dealerships.
Interstate was also recognized as a "4 Star Quota Buster" in Billings, Missoula, Blaine, Fargo, Grand Forks, and Minneapolis. This award recognizes dealers that exceed their sales quota in truck units, trailer units, parts, and overall volume.
In addition to these awards, these same branches received both the "PaceSetter Regional Award" and the "Winner's Circle Awards" for 2003. These awards are given to dealers that have scored 100% or above the PaceSetter number. The PaceSetter program measures all facets of the dealership including sales, parts, customer service, service growth, sales promotion activities, and overall investment in the Carrier product.
