The Engine Electronic Service Training School covers the EMR / EMRII / EMRIII electronic systems used on various DEUTZ engines. Both theory and practice will be covered. In the theoretical session all control, governing and monitoring systems will be introduced. In the practical session Serdia will be demonstrated connected to an Electronic Engine Governing (EMR) system.

1011/1011F/2011 Deutz Engine Training (Repair and Overhaul)
DEUTZ Service Training covers Theory and Hands-on. In the Theoretical session all system functions, components with their function and design features, assembly, adjustments and test procedures will be explained. System and component failure symptoms will be explained in their appropriate session.
The Hands-on portion of the class will be disassembly of the engine and subassemblies. Subassemblies will be disassembled, measured, and inspected for reuse. Reassembly of the engine, tune up, and maintenance.
