For a company to be great, it has to dedicate itself to the success of its employees and its customers. The employees must also dedicate themselves to the success of the company. Interstate is fortunate to have many such employees.

A select few of these employees have demonstrated that dedication to our company over many decades. This continuous effort is one of the ingredients that has helped our company grow, and provide excellent service to our customers.

For those that have served for over 25 years, Interstate has a special recognition program that includes our “25 year of service ring.” Look for the rings when you’re in our facilities. The person wearing it doesn’t just “talk the talk” – they “walk the walk.”
